Requirements

1. Proof of status of Sponsor
   

2. Original Marriage / Birth Certificate

3. Photocopy of applicant’s passport (bio-data page)

4. Photocopy of sponsor’s passport (bio-data page)

5. Sponsor's letter of Employer

6. Recent Bank Statement (if sponsor is self employed)

7. $1.50bz postage stamps

8. Two passport size photos
   

9. Proof of status of sponsor, either:  

                        a.Nationality Certificate along with Valid Photo ID (Social Security, Voters Id)

                        b.Belize Permanent Residence

                        c.Belize Passport

                        d.Temporary Employment Permit

10. Original and copy of all document submitted is required. 

Cost

1. BZ 500.00 non-refundable fee (Indian Nationals).

2. BZ 100.00 non-refundable fee (Other Nationals).
