- Address of where the Building/Structure is locates
- Prove that such property is legally owned
- Size of Lot
- Number of building on the Lot
- Number of floors in the building
- A site plan to scale showing the plot boundaries in relation to adjoining roads, alleys and footpaths, the position and nature (HV/LV) of all power supply lines, the location and size of all water supply lines, and the position of all existing building or buildings on the same lot.
- Inspection must be carried out by the Central
Building Authority (CBA), BEFORE any demolition works can begin.
